Shipping Policy
The production time for an order is typically between 7-14 days. Once the order is ready to ship, the estimated delivery time is 1 week for air express shipping and 2-3 weeks for air economy shipping.
During the Shipping stage of the ordering process, you'll see an estimated ship and delivery date for each shipping method, ensuring transparency before you place your order.
After completing your order, the estimated ship and delivery dates will also be displayed in the orders table for easy reference.
The shipping cost varies based on the shipping method, product, and total quantity of items in each order. To determine in advance the actual shipping cost, please refer to the Rates & Countries section of each product where the cost will be specified.
We currently offer shipping to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, UK, selected countries in Asia, and selected countries in the EU (express shipping only). We're continuously developing reliable logistics solutions to include more countries for delivery!
Note: We're unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses with our current carriers.
