Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, we do offer replacements or refunds for items with defects or manufacturing errors.

If you receive an item that appears to be defective, please provide a clear, high-quality photo of the issue. Once we confirm the defect, we can either knit and ship a replacement or issue a refund. Our priority is to ensure you receive the product you ordered and are happy with it. While we favor replacements to resolve any issues, refunds are available if necessary.

Please Note: Defects such as tears or holes must be reported in a timely manner, no later than two days after delivery. This allows us to verify whether the issue is due to a manufacturing error or if it may have resulted from accidental damage after delivery or while wearing the item.
